Thinking about a scary situation

I remember a scary situation when I was 9 years old. It was my first time I went to the Calasanz's pool to learn how to swim. I didn't know anything about swimming, and I went with my father who wanted me learn how to swim.

The instructor told me "relax" and "don't worry, it's very easy", then he grabbed me and threw me in the pool, but in the deep end, and I began to cry. It was my first reaction, because I felt that I was drowning...I tried to swim, but nothing happened, at he same time I was crying "help me, please...please", but the instructor said "leave him alone, don't try to help him". A few minutes later, the instructor rescued me and he put me saftly by the side of the pool. Afterwards, I felt very nervous, but it was that moment in that I learned how important it is to know how to swim!

Now, whenever I remember that fact, I'm laughing to myself.
